Programs & Class Schedule
Pil Sung Taekwon-Do teaches the ITF style of Taekwon-Do.
ITF Taekwon-Do is a dynamic martial art and effective method of self defence originating from Korea. It is also great for general fitness and conditioning.
General class times and venue:
Mondays and Wednesdays, 7:00pm - 8:30pm

General classes are suitable for ages 12 years old and above.
Kid's classes are to be introduced in the second quarter of 2012.
